Terms of Service
Last updated: April 7, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Pullminder ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Pullminder platform, including the website at pullminder.com, the GitHub application, dashboard, API, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Pullminder provides an infrastructure-grade verification layer for AI-assisted pull requests. The Service includes:
- Automated PR risk scoring and classification
- Reviewer guidance briefs and verification summaries
- Policy configuration and enforcement engine
- Dashboard analytics and trend reporting
- Alert and notification delivery
The Service is designed to assist and augment human code review processes. It does not replace human judgment and should not be relied upon as the sole mechanism for ensuring code quality or security.
3. Account Terms
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account that is not caused by our negligence.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
- Circumvent or disable any security features of the Service
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the integrity of the Service
- Exceed rate limits or abuse API access in a manner that degrades the Service for others
5. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
Your Data: You retain all rights to your source code, repository content, and organizational data. Pullminder does not claim ownership of any customer data processed through the Service.
Our Service: The Pullminder platform, including its algorithms, models, policies engine, user interface, documentation, and all related intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of Pullminder.
Analysis Outputs: Risk scores, reviewer briefs, and policy check results generated by the Service for your organization are owned by you and may be used, exported, and retained at your discretion.
6. Pricing & Payment
Pricing for the Service is as published on our pricing page or as agreed in a separate Order Form. All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Subscription fees are calculated per active author (anyone who committed code in the last 90 days), with a minimum of 10 active authors per plan. A free trial covering your first 100 pull requests is available for new customers. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your Order Form.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes will not apply to active subscription periods already paid for.
7. Service Level Agreement
For Team and Enterprise tier customers, we commit to 99.9% uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
If we fail to meet the uptime commitment, affected customers may request service credits in accordance with the SLA terms included in their Order Form. Starter tier customers receive commercially reasonable uptime but are not covered by the formal SLA.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pullminder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Pullminder in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will detect all security vulnerabilities, code quality issues, or policy violations in your codebase.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in activity that threatens the security or availability of the Service.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days following termination, during which you may request data export. After 90 days, all customer data is permanently deleted.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service dashboard at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
